products, and organizational change via DEI.

 

She founded the Representation & Inclusion Practice at
Forbes, a revenue-generating ad business centered on equity as a path to marketing innovation and cultural change. Her work has been celebrated in Digiday, Adweek, PRSANY and more.

 

Prior to Forbes, Sadé helped bring digital products to life at NBCUniversal. She sits on the Syracuse University Multicultural Advancement board and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
