Our theme for this year is “C.E.O. the Culture: Create, Elevate, and Own the Culture.” For the 45th Annual Whitney M. Young Jr. Memorial Conference (“WMY 45”), we are focused on one of the black community’s largest exports—its culture. Black culture has left an indelible legacy in the arts, government, and businesses globally.
At WMY 45, we will explore strategies to build teams, companies, and ultimately countries that leverage the power of inclusion and examine how an inclusive climate creates and captures value for all Americans.
