Riley Harris, Jr. is the Managing Partner of Blackstone Promotions and Advertising Group, LLC. With over 20 years of experience serving in various positions of senior management, Mr. Harris is well suited to head up this global firm in the areas of sports and entertainment marketing.
Blackstone�s parent group was started with a focus on investment banking more than ten years ago. This effort has grown and expanded into a marriage of Mr. Harris� professional experience with a life-long interest in the area of sports and entertainment. Mr. Harris� interest in sports goes back to the days of his college years, where he played varsity sports. During his early professional years with the Southern Company, he worked with the Stanley Kaplan organization to develop a program that assisted in raising the achievement of high school and college athletes.
As a graduate of the Wharton School of Business MBA program, Mr. Harris remains committed to helping other minority alumni. His extensive community involvement also continues from the Leadership Atlanta Class of 1986 to his current activities with the National Conference of Black Mayors.
