Sunny Shah

CEO, 320 Sports Inc.

Sunny Shah, founder and Chief Executive Officer, is known in the industry for his integrity and versatility. As an experienced NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, Sunny consistently performs beyond expectations to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He takes extreme pride in providing his clients with high quality career management, as well as tools and services necessary to enhance personal growth. He takes a unique approach with each client, by focusing on their individual needs and long term career planning.

Sunny manages all aspects of 320 Sports’ growing football representation business. His expertise is in the area of contract negotiation but he is also involved with marketing and endorsement opportunities for all clients, as well as interaction with team Management and NFL officials from issues ranging from placement of free agents to assisting in the litigation of player grievances.

Prior to founding 320 Sports in 1999, Sunny was a successful Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First Boston. It was here that he developed valuable skills in negotiation, relationship building, and problem solving. He combined that knowledge with his leadership skills to form his approach as a sports agent. At CSFB, Sunny focused on new business development and equity offering executions for public companies in the technology, energy, and financial sectors.

Sunny graduated in the top 2% of his class from the University of Virginia with an Honors B.A. in Economics. Sunny currently resides in New York, NY.
