Note: Only full-time students are eligible to receive the discounted student rate. Students must bring their current student IDs to the Conference to verify student status. AAMBAA reserves the right to charge full registration fees to registrants that cannot produce current verification of their student status. Hotel and Travel Logistics

The 35th Annual Whitney M. Young Jr. Memorial Conference will be held at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel at 1200 Market Street in downtown Philadelphia. Once the most significant architectural structure of its time, Loews still stands proudly in the heart of Philadelphia’s center city, and maintains the many details and traits that earned it a National historic landmark designation.

Attendees must have a valid conference registration confirmation number in order to make a hotel reservation. It is highly recommended that you make your reservation early, as hotel accommodations typically sell out quickly.
