Shon Moss

Vice President of Private Equity at Palisade Capital

Shon S. Moss graduated with a degree in Economics & Management from DePauw University as a Management Fellows Scholar. He joined J.P. Morgan as an analyst in Leveraged Finance and consummated leveraged buyout and financial restructuring transactions. He transitioned that experience to principal lending when he joined a team at PB Capital, which financed acquisitions of middle market companies. Post-business school he joined The Riverside Company where he learned the art of making private investments in small companies. He is now focused on growth investments and small company acquisitions as the Vice President of Private Equity at Palisade Capital, a $2.5 billion diversified investment firm.

Additionally, Mr. Moss is currently a board director at several privately held companies and is a past director of the national alumni board of DePauw. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as well as an alumnus of professional organizations including Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Mr. Moss completed his MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business. He was raised on military bases in Italy, Germany, Georgia, and Oklahoma.
