Nicole Lindsay

Vice President of Talent Development, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT)

Nicole Lindsay is the Vice President of Talent Development at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), overseeing all program related activities. Lindsay earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Upon graduation, she joined Wachovia Bank. In 2003, Lindsay became the Associate Director of Admissions and Student Affairs at the Yale School of Management. She was instrumental in diversifying the applicant pool and in increasing the number of under-represented minorities that matriculated at SOM.

While at SOM, Lindsay also served as a coach for MLT’s Career Prep program. She managed MBA recruiting initiatives at Wharton, Chicago GSB, Kellogg, and Tuck for Goldman Sachs before joining MLT full-time as the director of the Career Prep program in June 2006. In February 2007, Lindsay took over responsibility for the MBA Prep program, becoming the Director of the Career Prep and MBA Prep programs. In July 2008, she was promoted to her current role.

Nicole is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Georgia. She is lives in Stamford, CT, with her husband, Josiah.
