Through the Conference, the Wharton School’s African American MBA Association (AAMBAA) acknowledges and memorializes the contributions and ideals of Whitney M. Young, Jr.; an educator, humanitarian, author and civil rights leader.
The theme of this year’s Conference is “Charting Your Course: Navigating Through The Winds of Change.” The theme captures the age-old adage that the only true constant is change. In the midst of uncertain times, remaining focused on one’s end goal is paramount. Success is achieved when we match thorough preparation and strategic insight with opportunities that are sure to come. We are in the midst of a changing economic, political and social environment. The Conference will provide a forum for you to engage in thought-provoking discussions and panels to chart your course and successfully navigate the winds of change.
