Natara Holloway is a Director of Internal Audit with the National Football League (NFL). Natara is responsible for managing the national and international department audits and consulting engagements for the NFL League office headquartered in New York, NFL Network in California, and NFL Films in New Jersey. In addition, Natara is involved in reviews of member clubs (teams) and reviews of third-party vendors for Super Bowl and season kick-off events. Natara was also involved in the creation of the NFL Fraud Prevention Program and she implemented the fraud and ethics helpline in February 2008. As a result of her fraud awareness work, Natara was appointed to serve as one of three Compliance Officers for the NFL in May 2007.
Natara joined the NFL in February 2004 as a manager. She was promoted to director in August 2005 and was the youngest director at the League office. Prior to joining the NFL, Natara was employed with ExxonMobil Corporation. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
