Frankie Baughn
Principal, Baughn & Associates, LLC
Ms. Baughn has 25 years experience in Healthcare Sales, Marketing and Business development. She is currently a Principal at Baughn & Associates, LLC specializing in healthcare and housing placement for the elderly.
Her vast experience includes positions with Blue Cross of New Jersey, National Health Laboratories, HIP Health Plan of New Jersey, IMS Health and SmithKlineBeecham. Some of the projects in her consulting career include National Community Reinvestment Coalition, Fair Housing Council of Northern New Jersey, and Don’t Borrow Trouble Suburban Philadelphia (an anti predatory lending education campaign sponsored by Freddie Mac).
Ms. Baughn has a BBA in Marketing and Management from the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania where she was a member of Student Government and an M.S. in Organizational Management, also from the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Baughn has served as secretary, treasurer and board member of the Wharton Club of Philadelphia and a member of the Wharton Healthcare Alumni Association where she is a mentor for Wharton MSA HealthCare students. She is on the Board of The Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia and is Chair of the University of Pennsylvania’s Secondary School Committee, Camden County.
